Our Happy Customers

Randi.

Pure Professional Maid Services sent Dionna out to my home as I have become too busy to clean myself with two active kids (sports, clubs, school etc) and busy schedule myself. My husband suggested we try a house cleaner on a trial basis to see if this would help in our house cleaning. The results were all that I had hoped for and more. Coming home to a clean home and being able to focus on my family was money well spent. I am currently set up for weekly cleaning service and couldn’t imagine not having this help around the house……I’ve gotten spoiled and see no reason to go without this service.

Cheryl.

I tried this company on a one-time basis. They exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. The owner and the staff were professional and concerned about customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with them and want them to begin cleaning our home on a regular basis.

Renee.

Pure Professional Maid Services came out to my home to do a one-time cleaning, and they exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, thorough and they made sure they knew what areas of my home I wanted to focus on. I don’t plan to get home cleaned again until right before holidays, but I have already booked my appointment!

Rabia.

Really good service. Alma was fast and efficient, watching her work I learned great tips of faster cleaning and better results without scrubbing or damaging items! 🙂 absolutely loved how fast she worked. Alma cleaned up and shined my apartment, a task that takes more than two days with just me and my husband working. We are both full time college students and full-time workers, so we don’t always have the time to do the cleaning, so Pure Professional Maid Services thank you for cleaning our apartment to look gorgeous! Absolutely loved it! My apartment hasn’t looked this clean since we moved in two years ago! Love it!

Pure Maid Services came out to do a one-time cleaning on my home. I am really busy, but I usually squeeze in some cleaning here and there, so I decided to try a cleaning service just to see if it was worth the money. They exceeded my expectations! As with any home there are areas that are a lot messier than others and they asked me what my areas of focus were and cleaned those areas spotless in addition to the other rooms in my home. I will be using them again

I started off doing a one-time cleaning and was very skeptical but 4+ months later and I absolutely LOVE Pure Maid. Great prices and awesome work.

Absolutely! All our cleaners are background checked. We have over 150 plus positive reviews on our company on various platforms. For the safety and security of your home we take background checking seriously. We view our cleaners as family as we interact with them as well and part of starting the relationship off right as an employee with PPMS is to make sure they meet this requirement as well as all other requirements of the job.
Absolutely! We can of course clean while you are home but cleaning, but it is preferred.
